David Spires, Certified Residential Broker, began in this industry in 1971 while still in the Navy and soon advanced to management positions with local and regional companies.  Partners In Real Estate was formed in 1991 and is a busy, full-service brokerage in Northern Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia and is headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia.

What began as a hobby in remodeling and renovation of older homes became a second full-time endeavor in the field of construction in the l980s when David became a general contractor.  To date he has acted as general contractor overseeing the remodeling and renovation of over twenty residential properties to include the development of a fourteen home subdivision in the City of Alexandria in the mid 1990s.  This expertise has served our residential clients well in the decision-making process and, often, resulted in avoiding

costly mistakes.
